I started EnglishShayariHub because I wanted a small, honest collection of shayari that people could read and share without worrying about script. I grew up listening to lines that made me pause, laugh, or cry, and I saw how often friends wanted to forward a couplet but could not type it easily. Over time I began typing those lines in Roman script and sharing them. That habit turned into a library, and now it is this site.

The words on this site are Hindi and Urdu in feeling and meaning, but they are written in Roman script so more people can read them quickly. Using English letters removes the barrier of script. The script only changes to make sharing practical.
Classic shayari and verified original work
I want to be clear about where our content comes from. Around eighty percent of the shayari here are popular, classic lines that many people already love and search for. They are the timeless couplets that travel from one person to another. The remaining twenty percent are original shayari written by contributors and by me. Every original piece is clearly labeled as Verified Original so you always know which lines are new creations and which are long-loved classics.
